Danish artist Kill J had us hooked from the word 'go' on her stomping, vengeful tracks 'Phoneix' and 'Bullet' back in 2013 and 2014 respectively. The two years since those excellent initial offerings have seen a swell of singles including striking recent release, 'Propaganda', as well as lots of writing and production it seems. 'You're Good But I'm Better' is the latest tune Kill J is airing - a more laidback, grooving pop track which is a considerable volte face from the fiery electronica we've come to expect from her. Spiked with sugary synths, razor sharp lyrics and warped vocal samples though, it's still idiosyncratically Kill J. - DC
