'Beckon' is the new single from Karl Blau. Taken from his forthcoming album Out Her Space due for release 17 November on Bella Union, the track sees the prolific Seattle musician team-up with a number of musicians from Matthew E. White’s Spacebomb label as his backing band, and the results are as classy as you would expect. Having introduced himself to a wider audience with an album of country classics, it is exciting to now see the alt. indie side to Blau and we'll be graced with his flawless live show as he comes to the UK towards the end of this year; the more brilliant Blau, the better. -G.O'B
