Jay Som, a.k.a. San Francisco Bay Area-based singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist Melina Duterte, is set to release her debut album Everybody Works on 10 March via Polyvinyl Records (USA) / Double Denim (EU/UK/Japan), and has now revealed a brilliant third taste. 'Baybee' is a silky, glistening dream-pop number that weaves and floats with effortless ease. The 22-year-old has mastered the art of self-production, and it's no surprise she has already enjoyed touring stints with fellow-DIY flag-bearers Japanese Breakfast and Mitski.
