Hippo Campus have unveiled a live performance video of new track 'simple season'. The bouncing number perfectly showcases the young quartet's knack for infectious indie-pop that will draw in fans of the likes of Little Comets, as twinkling guitar lines and a soaring falsetto build into a warm, playful outing. Discussing the song, guitarist Nathan Stocker explains, "Milking our youth for all it's worth. it's the photos on your bedroom wall from that disposable camera you picked up for the summer. that night when the moon was full. flying kites the day after. friends we made and the friends that made us. nothing to do and all day to do it. nowhere to go and all day to get there. sittin' around in the simplicity of it all belonging to us."
