GRAACE’s latest single follows on from her debut EP Self Sabotaged which propelled her into stardom last year, creating over 15 million Spotify streams and European dates supporting Tom Walker. ‘Have Fun At Your Party’ is a melancholic cut full of personal emotion that tells the story of a relationship of which the Australian singer-songwriter says, “we were both going through breakups and were both so confused about our mental states but also heavily relying on each other to pick each other up”. To me, the most interesting element of the tune is described by GRAACE: “We ended up keeping my finger nail tapping on my phone as a big part of the rhythm too which I love, it’s like a little gem only I can hear, but it makes it feel like the organic way I wrote it when I listen now”. -Dan Peeke
