Perhaps the most affable looking men in rock and roll, LA psych-band Friendly Males make music that is perfect for hanging out. Jangly and soft-focus, new single 'Done It Again' is upbeat and shimmering as if filtered through a heat haze. Taken from their new LP Nopalera, out via Lollipop Records, the record was made with minimal production and the organic garage elements are clear to hear within the fuzz. Channeling Californian sunshine and fun-filled afternoons, this one will see us out until the end of September at the very least. - SJ
