Danish singer-songwriter FREJA taps into everything we love about the frosty pop music of her region, with fluttery 80s production and pristine vocals coming to the fore on her debut song, 'Young Heart'. An ode to doomed/unreciprocated love, it's was penned in Stockholm and will be released as part of her EP, White Magic, on October 9th. There's a brattiness to 'Young Heart', despite the lovelorn nature of FREJA's lyrics - her shimmering synths, rubbery beats and clean, confident tones recalling fellow Scandinavian stars, the Toves Styrke and Lo.
