Arriving alongside the announcement of his second album, Kam Khan (aka Fake Laugh) has revealed his breezy yet complex lead track 'If You Don't Wanna Know'. Opening briefly with subtle, detuned synth scales, dramatic string pads strike aggressively on the beat as intricately picked guitar parts tumble and intertwine beneath Khan's smooth vocals. Reminiscent in its eclecticness of Melody's Echo Chamber's psych-pop masterpiece 'Shirim', Khan pulls off his magpie-esque approach on 'If You Don't Wanna Know', which is no mean feat. Marking a confident step forward from some of his earlier works we'll be keeping a close eye on Fake Laugh's output over the coming months. -Holly Mullineaux
