London’s Elle Watson has made quite the formidable start to her career. Signed to Wolf Tone (Rosie Lowe, Glass Animals) off the back of her two previously released tracks, she’s now sharing a breathtaking new single, entitled ‘Phantom’ - offering another insight into her undeniable talent. Sultry, and slightly disconcerting in its overall delivery, the track is wonderfully produced, too. A dark, brooding instrumental palette - graced with soft electronic percussion touches, and ghostly synth arrangements, provides the perfect backdrop for Watson’s superlative vocal performance. Another really strong release, from a very promising artist who's got the world at her feet. -JC
