Newcastle lads EAT FAST have shared the title cut from their EP Immortal Kombat, coming out this Friday on Brighton-based label/party-throwers Cannibal Hymns. 'Immortal Kombat' is a high-energy meeting of post punk and gritty indie surf-rock, somehow sounding like a cross between Dune Rats, The Vines and Joy Division. The lyrics describe a scenario that we've probably all experienced at some point or another, when you catch someone's eye across the room (intentionally or otherwise) and their significant other doesn't seem too impressed.
