We’re ready to sign our lives over to The Cult of Dom Keller having heard the sheer roar of guitar fuzz on new single ‘Shambhalla Is On Fire’. Taken from their forthcoming album Goodbye to the Light, out 22nd July via Fuzz Club, the Midlands foursome are reminiscent of cult bands Sisters of Mercy and Black Rebel Motorcycle Club but bring their own subtle nuances to the doom-filled table. The video that matches the release is equally spine-tingling as a dystopian demon headmaster loses it to an empty room. Experimental and daring, we’re enthusiastic and happy converts. - SJ
