Clapton-based cavaliers Creatures have confirmed the arrival of their forthcoming EP Runt of the Glitter with a shiny new single titled 'Silver Club'. Opening like an Ennio Morricone score in a Sergio Leone film, 'Silver Club' sets the tone for an epic confrontation. Sustained guitar strums spread themselves across the verses on top of muted bass notes and a roomy drum beat as they ride towards an uplifting pre-chorus, which serves as the hook of the track. Taking a more orchestral approach than their previous works (see List Picks 'Most of Everyday' and 'It's Going Right For Ryan'), Creatures have gone all out on this one, and we're liking the results.
