With their debut full-length in the pipeline for early next year, Clean Cut Kid have revealed their latest slice of fuzzy, infectious pop-rock. The Liverpool four, fronted by charismatic, bearded singing-guitarist Mike Halls, continue their run of feel-good, earworm work with 'Make Believe', a track Halls introduces: "You're lying in bed looking into the eyes of the love of your life and she's about to leave you and never come back. You ask her if, for the last 5 minutes you'll ever spend together, she'll look at you and hold you like she did on the first day you fell in love." Having rocked an extensive run of festivals over the summer, Clean Cut Kid now head out on a headline tour of their own. Believe they're ready to hit the airwaves in a big way. -G.O'B
