CHILDHOOD DON'T HAVE ME BACK

Following the release of their critically acclaimed second album, Universal High - out now on Marathon Artists - Childhood have revealed the visuals for current single ‘Don’t Have Me Back’. The soul-soaked, smile-inducing video, directed by George Barber, an old friend of frontman Ben Romans-Hopcroft, sees the South London band perform to a hall of deaf music enthusiasts. As Barber comments, "Led by Jacqui Beckford (Ben’s stepmother), a sign language interpreter, the audience react to the lyrics and the musical arrangement of the song. The energy of the band and Jacqui’s majestic interpretation is received positively by our audience, demonstrating that a musical performance isn’t just for hearing audiences." Childhood are on tour across the UK and Europe over the coming months; we thrilled to have them back. -G.O'B
