Well timed with the announcement that they've made it on to the BBC Music Sound of 2017, Cabbage have sent new song 'Terrorist Synthesizer' our way. A rowdy Manchester five-some that have been in existence for only a year, it has their already trademark garage guitars and low-fi production all over it. It's also political, aimed directly at David Cameron's shins for when he called Corbyn and his labour supporters "terrorist sympathisers". In true rock style, the northern bunch are entirely engaged and enraged. If 2016 was a year of disaster, Cabbage have already made next year look better. - SJ
