We've been holding out for a full-length album from former bedroom production whiz Brolin for a little while now, and fortunately 2015 is our year. Having already premiered 'Nightdriving', the dazed lead single from The Delta, Brolin is giving us a second taste of what to expect in 'Kingston' - a richly textured pop-soul number fuelled by jittery handclaps, smooth piano grooves and his own charmingly sinister vocals. For an artist who has already dropped some of the strongest indie singles of the past two years, it feels like Brolin still has a whole lot more to give. We'll be here to lap it all up. - DC
