BOY AZOOGA DO THE STANDING STILL (THE TABLE COVER)

Welsh Heavenly signees Boy Azooga have been gaining momentum since the release of their debut album 1, 2, Kung Fu! back in June. With a tonne of radio play and increasingly large festival crowds, the band have decided to drop a fun-filled cover by one of Wales' most underrated punk bands. The Table's 1977 single 'Do The Standing Still' has been given a light-hearted Krautrock make-over, featuring driving motorik beats and Davey Newington's cooly delivered vocals. The accompanying video is equally joyous, featuring a giant polar bear and a drum tutorial from the legendary ex-Flaming Lips drummer Kliph Surlock. What's not to like? -Holly Mullineaux
