Much like black midi's momentous debut 'bmbmbm', you'll have to go to one of their shows if you want to get your hands on the super-limited edition 12" of their new single 'Speedway'. Almost half way through their UK tour and with most of the dates already sold out, that'll be no mean feat. However, solace can be found in the form of a 20 minute Youtube clip consisting of footage put together by bassist Cameron Picton, which features 'Speedway' plus 3 additional left-field remixes by Proc Fiskal, Kwake Bass and Blanck Mass respectively, pushing the boundaries of the band's already obscure sound. The track itself is one of the foursome's calmer offerings with Cameron taking lead vocals, muttering about buildings on top of a bed of discordant guitar strums and human-drum machine Morgan Simpson's disorientating beats.
