The Bristol based band Bad Sounds have returned with the massive tune ‘Sympathetic Vibrations’. Full of huge hooks and a dreamy, distant production with a retro vibe, the track re-establishes their addictive sound while allowing their songwriting to continue evolving. On the track, the two brothers say “obviously good and bad feelings can be kind of contagious, and I guess the theme is how people can affect each other in that way. For us it’s about not wanting to pull someone into a negative space when they're trying to pull you out of one, and vice versa”. The band cite the likes of Gorillaz, Beck and Madonna as influences, and their eclectic sound demonstrates this. Check out their London show on November 28^th. - Dan Peeke
