Her anguish doesn't make for downbeat listening though, as she churns it into a slick low-fi funk tune complete with slinky bass and toe tapping electronics. Full of clean production from Noise Club and co-writer Eric Nizgretsky, it's got delicious hooks and harmonies than compliment each other to the end.
