Even though it's been a little while since we last caught wind of Worcestershire production whiz Astronomyy, it certainly doesn't mean he hasn't had his hands full. As well as recording a full album at his Lunar Surf studio, Astro's been writing songs for other stellar pop stars, including that thumping MNEK and Zara Larsson tune we introduced you to a while back. 'Somethin About U' is the first track we're being treated to off said debut record - a hookup with PMR talent SG Lewis, it encapsulates all we love about Astronomyy, with gentle vocals smoothed over bubbling beats and tenderly muted guitar filigrees. - DC
