TMR favourites Gotts Street Park have just dropped their anticipated debut EP, Volume One. Previously we featured the lead single ‘Love In Bad Company’ which featured sublime vocals from Dielle, who for ‘Control’ has been replaced by newcomer Grand Pax. Grand Pax’s vocals are carefully produced to feature every click, stutter and whisper, giving a distinctly intimate effect as she sings: ‘darkness filling up my mind / I can get only images of you’. It’s a huge testament to Leeds collective Gotts Street Park that every single feature has been uniquely brilliant, capturing along the way a real sense of where the UK music scene is headed.
