Scandinavian singer-producer Francis Novotny turned quite a few heads with his debut release Between The Lines – Radio 1, Beats1 and Spotify to name a few. Now the Gothenburg-born, London-based talent is back with ‘Broken Arrow’ – an evocative electronic track which combines glitch-hop, soul, pop and an electronically-warped punji. The track is taken from his second EP which will be out via Black Butter in 2018, with the exiting promise of a live show coming soon too. Speaking about the track, Novotny says that ‘Broken Arrow’ is "a metaphor for someone who is attacking you, but you’re too strong to let the person get to you. An arrow is a weapon, but you can’t do much with a broken one." -HM
